non-functioning air conditioningpoor sleep
the room was too warm, reaching 24.5 degrees. there was no way to cool it down since the air conditioning does not work in the winter. we were advised to leave the windows open , but it did little to help, and we slept very poorly. this heat issue is significant and troubling for the hotel, extreme heat

the location is great i found parking easily the staff were nice. the beds were also comfortable. i appreciated the balcony it was a nice addition to the room.
the room felt outdated and it wasn't ready when i arrived. i had to wait a long time for it to be prepared. the customer service could improve.
